2. Email address
3. Institution
4. Mailing address
5. Telephone (optional)
6. Fax (optional)
7. Field of study (e.g. biological, materials science, environmental)
8. Instrument experience (e.g. TEM, SEM, EDS, SPM, confocal LM)

Items 1-6 may already be contained in your electronic signature.
Items 7 and 8 are important since we would like to list this information for the mutual benefit of our members.
The public membership list will not contain your mailing address or telephone number.
