The membership fee is $25 for professionals and $10 for students, payable to Joe Foroughi, CDMMS Treasurer, The M and P lab, PO Box 724, Schenectady, NY12301-1145

  2. Email address

  3. Institution

  4. Mailing address

  5. Telephone (optional)

  6. Fax (optional)

  7. Field of study (e.g. biological, materials science, environmental)

  8. Instruments used (e.g. TEM, SEM, EDS, SPM, confocal LM)
     

Items 1-6 may already be contained in your electronic signature.

Items 7 and 8 are important since we would like to list this information for the mutual benefit our members.

The public membership list will not contain your mailing address or telephone number.
